Tip: This can be adapted to serve 6, simply increase the meat only to 1kg, all other items remain in the same quantities as instructed on the packet.

The spices and herbs: ground tumeric, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, chilli powder, whole cardamons and cinnamon stick, mustard seeds* and black peppercorns – are blended to produce a medium spiced curry which takes 20 minutes to prepare and 50 minutes to cook. *Allergen information.

• 700g boneless chicken thighs
• 2 medium onions
• 4 garlic cloves
• 2.5cm fresh ginger
• 3 medium green chillies
• 200g chopped tomatoes
• 1 stick lemongrass
