Curry Kit Delivery & Returns

Received orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday. Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date you ordered. (Subject to Royal Mail delivery times).
Please note, leading up to Christmas deliveries may take longer depending on how busy Royal Mail gets.
Deliveries may take longer due to Royal Mail strikes.


UK Mainland Delivery

If your order weighs up to 2kg it will be sent by Royal Mail.

If your order is over 2kg it will be sent via DPD, Parcelforce or Royal Mail depending on your order size and location.

Channel Islands deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail and will take 3-5 days. For non-mainland UK destinations, deliveries up to 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail and over 2kg will be sent by courier. Delivery will take 3-5 days.

The following locations are classed as remote by our couriers and therefore are classed as UK Highlands and Islands, or Remote Highlands and Islands. These postcode areas do not qualify for free shipping: All HS (Western Isles), IV41-IV51, IV55-56 (Skye), KA27 (Arran), KA28 (Millport), KW15-KW17 (Orkney), PA41 (Gigha), PA42-PA49 (Islay), PA60 (Jura), PA61 (Colonsay), PA62-PA76 (Mull), PA77 (Tiree), PA78 (Coll), PH41 (Muck), PH42 (Eigg), PH43 (Rum), PH44 (Canna), All ZE (Shetlands).

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

Cancellation
Cancellation of an order can only be accepted if sent by return e-mail or telephone. Cancellation must be received before the goods are dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched you should follow the returns policy detailed below. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.

Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please inform us immediately by phone or email and we will refund the price. We will not pay for return postage unless authorised by us.

In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately on 01603 630584 so that we can replace them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage. We are not able to accept returns of opened items, please contact us for specific information regarding this.
