The first time I tried this, I confess I was a bit sceptical. Surely it would not be possible for "authentic" onion bhajis to be made by the simple expedient of this mix, some onions and a few minutes?
After consuming all of the bhajis and a large side of humble pie, I realised I was wrong – if this isn’t what authentic tastes like, then authentic is missing out.
Honestly, this kit is so incredibly simple and good tasting that I can’t praise this enough – I try to keep at least one, if not two bags of the mix in the cupboard at all times!

We had onion bhajis with dinner last night and they were awesome. As a not-very-skilled cook I found it a doddle to make them too!
