Our Chicken Tikka has chicken chunks coated in yoghurt and spices then roasted. After that we add the meat to a rich creamy and tangy tomato sauce.

10 minutes to prepare and 40 minutes to cook
Additional ingredients required for this dish:
- 700g chicken breast
- 2 medium onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 medium green chillies
- 5cm fresh ginger
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- handful fresh coriander leaves
- 250g natural full fat yoghurt
- 2 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp unflavoured cooking oil
You can cook this curry the day before serving and refrigerate. Then, reheat until piping hot before serving.
Leftovers can be frozen. To serve, defrost and then reheat until piping hot.
The spices and herbs: Ground coriander, Ground cumin, Cinnamon powder, Paprika, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Whole Cardamoms. (May contain traces of mustard, celery, and sesame seeds) – are blended to produce a medium spice curry.
