I met Don at the Chilli Festival @ Felbrigg Hall in August. He persuaded me to relinquish some of my money on his curry kit, and I'am certainly glad I did. Bhaji mans Onion Baji mix is fantastic , it realy is the best iv ever tasted and i made it myself, if you have not tried this you are missing a trick.
